Anyone have a brush?

My neighborhood's stray kitty is utterly gorgeous and so sweet. She's smart too … She looks both ways before crossing the street. But the hair on the side of her body is so horribly matted that touching her gives me the creeps. I'm not a cat person, but if any are in the area, please stop by and brush her.
