Welcome to Dry Generations

An estimated 13 million adults or 5 percent of the U.S. population suffer from incontinence* -- the partial or complete loss of bladder or bowel control. It isn't a natural effect of aging and should always receive medical attention. Yet, fewer than half of all people with incontinence seek medical attention.

Dry Generations is a broad-based Washington statewide coalition of health care, child care and long-term care professionals, as well as seniors, parents and manufacturers, which seeks to make people aware of the health, dignity and environmental issues surrounding incontinence.

The focus of the coalition's educational campaign is to provide individuals with balanced information so they can make incontinence treatment and management decisions that best meet their individual lifestyles and needs.

Also please visit our sister site, The Women's Health Network for information on women's health issues.
