Help Guide
Should I use the program online or download it to my computer?
If you have the Flash 5 player on your computer and have a fast Internet
connection, you can easily run it online. You should consider downloading
it if you don't have the Flash 5 player, have a slower connection, or
want to be able to run the program offline.
How do I navigate the program?
All of the buttons in the program are grey in color. Most of the text
in the program is white; if you see grey text, you will know that it
is a button. Some of these buttons are rollovers which will turn red
in color when the mouse rolls over them. These buttons will help you
navigate in the program. Any grey text that does not turn red when the
mouse rolls over it will link the Web pages with additional information.
To move forward in the program, you can click on the arrow at the bottom
of the screen or hit "enter" or "space" on your
keyboard. To move back, you can click the "back" button in
the bottom left of the screen or hit "backspace" on your keyboard.
Why can't I get past the end of the story?
For some reason, the online version of the program occaisionally stops
at the end of the story and will not advance beyond this point. It may
also have trouble linking in certain points. This could be because you
are using an older version of the Flash player. The program operates
best in the Flash 5 player. It is also possible that the program has
not finished loading. If this continues to be a problem, consider downloading
the program.
